Introducing Lee

Lee DudkaLee Dudka is a senior strategist, coach and writer helping pharmaceutical and technology executives optimize how they get results.

He hones executive skills for fine-tuning strategy plans  and handling tough audiences.  Executive clients see measurable results in both operations and teams.  He’s spent over 30 years in pharma; 21 years in tech groups.  German-born, raised in Brazil, he taught in universities before coaching several thousand global executives in intensive group and personal performance programs.

Introduced to pharma as an assistant on drug studies, he’s now served the industry much of his life.  As an undergrad (BA-BS program, Russian Literature and Electrical Engineering – Rutgers), he worked 25 hours weekly on drug studies in South Korea, Italy, Canada, Sweden and the US.  Princeton Ph.D. work in comparative literature attracted him to interdisciplinary work and drew him to consulting after teaching.  He ran the Princeton Writing Workshop, and was top-rated as a teacher.

A 6 year teaching stint (Princeton, Rutgers, SUNY), plus psychotherapist work  at Rutgers Med. School (UMDNJ), led him to full time consulting.  He’s now coached/consulted to groups ranging from hard-core state prisoners to senior executives (CEOs, CIOs) plus their next-level colleagues.  He advises executives in company headquarters units, federal/state government agencies and non-profits.  Over the years, he’s developed a uniquely personalized, broadly tested approach to help clients see measurable results in 4 sessions.

Also a writer, he develops strategy and speeches for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, focused on urology, cardiovascular and other drugs. Among his tech clients: Exxon, Honeywell, Deloitte, Asea Brown Boveri, Marriott — plus the Global 2000. Many of his speeches appear in Vital Speeches of the Day (publication of record for corporate and government speeches).  He’s coached executives and teams in key US government agencies (State, Defense and Commerce) plus held a Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (Washington, DC).

He’s also co-authored books on marketing, and provides Op-Eds to the New York Times, Philadelphia Business Journal, plus trade and professional publications.

A community builder, Lee Dudka now serves on Princeton Alumni Council’s Executive Committee, and led the Princeton Club of Washington as President.  He launched the global series of Net Nights for Princeton alumni, linking up alumni in 8 US cities plus Beijing, an award-winning effort. He continues to create and lead programs for the alumni of Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Michigan and Wharton.

Locally, Lee is a certified USSF soccer coach, and was Commissioner for a travel club of 51 teams. He’s developed an after-school soccer+tutoring program for Arlington Public Schools.
